Surga Alam di Jantung Sulawesi Tengah dan Lokasi Aktivasi iLOTA 2025
Danau Tambing: Surga Alam di Jantung Sulawesi Tengah dan Lokasi Aktivasi iLOTA 2025 Terletak di Desa Sedoa, Kecamatan Lore Utara, Kabupaten Poso, Danau Tambing merupakan permata tersembunyi di Sulawesi Tengah. Berada di ketinggian 1.700 meter di atas permukaan laut, danau seluas 6 hektar ini menawarkan udara sejuk dengan suhu berkisar antara 10 hingga 15 derajat Celsius, menjadikannya tempat ideal untuk berkemah dan menikmati keindahan alam . Sebagai bagian dari Taman Nasional Lore Lindu yang diakui UNESCO sebagai cagar biosfer dunia, Danau Tambing menjadi rumah bagi sekitar 263 spesies burung, dengan 30% di antaranya merupakan endemik Sulawesi. Keanekaragaman hayati ini menjadikan danau ini sebagai destinasi favorit para pengamat burung dari dalam dan luar negeri . Fasilitas di sekitar danau mencakup area perkemahan, mushola, dan toilet umum, mendukung berbagai aktivitas seperti trekking, memancing, dan pengamatan satwa liar. Selain itu, kawasan ini juga dikenal dengan keberadaan berbagai jenis anggrek dan tumbuhan langka seperti kantung semar . Pada tanggal 3 hingga 4 Mei 2025, Danau Tambing akan menjadi tuan rumah bagi aktivasi iLOTA (Indonesian Lakes On The Air), sebuah acara yang menggabungkan kecintaan terhadap alam dan komunikasi radio amatir. Para aktivator yang akan berpartisipasi dalam acara ini antara lain YB8OM, YB8PR, YC8NFF, YC8MGW, YC8NDK, YC8NCY, YC8OTA, YD8NDI, YD8MHF, YD8NDX, dan YD8MTN. Mereka akan melakukan komunikasi melalui frekuensi 40M SSB, mempromosikan keindahan Danau Tambing kepada komunitas radio amatir di seluruh dunia. iBOTA Pantai Bungus Successfully Concludes with 442 QSOs
iBOTA Pantai Bungus QRT, Thanks to all waveriders [img]https://i.imgur.com/pO8Mu8s.jpeg[/img] The iBOTA Pantai Bungus event, held from January 18th, 2025, 16:20 Indonesian time (09:20 UTC) to January 19th, 2025, 09:00 WIB (02:00 UTC), has successfully concluded. The event saw shorecasters from the Gapura Community and Minangkabau DXClub logging a total of 442 QSOs. Despite not achieving the highest results, the participants demonstrated excellent performance from start to finish, with significant support from the Minangkabau DXClub.
